INAUGURATION OF ICSI-STUDY CENTRE, HASSAN
The Mysore Chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India signed MoU with Haranahalli Ramaswamy Institute of Higher Education, Hassan for opening of ICSI-Study Centre in Hassan District on 06.04.2018. In his address CS Manjunath S., Chairman, ICSI-Mysore Chapter explained the students about the benefits of the study centre and professional course. Mr. Chandrashekar Iyer, Vice Chairman of M Krishna Law College delivered the vote of thanks.

SESSION ON GST & BUDGET 2018
The ICSI Mysore Chapter in association with JSS Law College conducted a half day seminar on Impact of GST on Real Estate Industry & Overview of Budget 2018” at JSS Law College Premises on 15.02.18, 9.30 am to 1.00 pm. CS Manjunath S., Chairman & CA Keshava Dongre K., Practicing Chartered Accountant were the speakers for the session.
Prof. K S Suresh, Chief Executive, JSS Law College was the Chief Guest & CA Chandrashekar B N., Chairman-ICAI Mysore was the Guest of honour for the Program. The program was attended by more than 300 participants from different colleges of Mysore.

INAUGURATION OF ORAL COACHING CLASSES
On 03.01.18, Mysore Chapter organized an inaugural session of its Oral Coaching Classes for Executive & Foundation program for June 2018 examination. CS Manjunath S., Chairman, Mysore Chapter welcomed the students. In his welcome address, he explained the importance of CS profession in the new Companies Act 2013. He advised the participated students about the various method of preparation for facing the CS Examination. The regular classes started immediately after conclusion of the inaugural session.
REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS
On 26.01.2018, ICSI-Mysore Chapter celebrated Republic Day in Chapter Premises. CS Manjunath S., Chairman, hoisted the National Flag and delivered the Republic Day address to the participants. CS Veerash M.J., Secretary, welcomed the gathering. Mysore Chapter Managing Committee Members, Students of Mysore Chapter were participated in the event.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
ICSI Mysore Chapter conducted the 5 days Entrepreneurship Development Program as a part of 15 days academic training program for the executive passed students from 29th January to 02nd February, 2018 at Chapter premises. Various faculties from Mysore handled the sessions.
