QUALIFICATION: Should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
EXPERIENCE: Candidates should have at least 01 years’ post qualification experience in working in a Board Secretariat as a Company Secretary / Asst. Secretary. Listed Company experience will be an added advantage.
Remuneration: consolidated monthly remuneration of a minimum of Rs40,000/- to maximum of Rs 70,000/-, based on the post qualification experience and performance in the interview
Posting Duration: The term will be initially for a period of six months and extendable for another six months based on the performance.
Place of Posting: Selected candidates will be posted at Head Office, Visakhapatnam
