SEBI Complaints Redress
System (SCORES), a centralized web based system, enables all investors to lodge
their complaints online and the same can be viewed by the companies by logging
into the system.
The new system will reduce
the time taken to resolve the complaints and will also help the companies to
know the status of investors’ complaints pending with SEBI. The system
will help to serve the shareholders/investors and the companies.
SEBI communicates the user id and password for logging into SCORES to all listed companies on submission of prescribed authentication form and also place the listing status of all listed companies at various stock exchanges on its complaints redressal website www.scores.gov.in
