Precautions to be taken before using Payment Gateway: -
1. Payment Gateway service uses Port Number- 8988. Kindly, ensure from your network administrator or your Internet Service provider (ISP) that Port Number- 8988 is not blocked. Otherwise, the page cannot be displayed in your web browser.
2. In case of any problem, you may contact psdit@icsi.edu or call us at 0120-4239999 Extn.:- 2211.
3. A new page will open to display the receipt of payment being done by you. Kindly, ensure that opening of a new page is not blocked by the Pop-Up Blocker of your Web Browser.

5. What is the surcharge on the transaction on Payment Gateway? There will be 2 % surcharge on total amount of transaction. The transaction charges is payable to M/s Citibank on every transaction.
6. After Clicking the proceed button you will be redirected to www.icsi.in. In case you are a first time user of www.icsi.in you may have to generate your password first.
