The objective of the publication is essentially to enable the readers to know ‘at a glance’ the salient features of the emerging Limited Liability Partnership Law in India. This referencer reproduces all the Clauses of the Limited Liability Partnership Bill, 2006 introduced in the Rajya Sabha on December 15, 2006. Under each Clause, a brief analysis has been given indicating inter-alia corresponding section(s) of the (Indian) Companies Act, 1956 and sections / regulations of Singapore Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2005 as well as U.K. Limited Liability Partnerships Act, 2000.
