The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide its Notification No. 5/35/2007-IGC dated 16^th May, 2008 has invited applications for filling up the posts of Chairperson and other Members of the Competition Commission of India from all Ministries and Departments of the Government of India; Chief Secretaries of State Governments; cadre controlling authorities of All India Services and Group `A’ Central Services by direct recruitment. The last date of filing applications is 16^th June, 2008.

By another Notification No.A-12023/2/2007-Ad.IV, dated 18^th March, 2008, MCA has invited applications for filling up the posts of Member (Judicial) And Member (Technical) in the Company Law Board from Secretary to Government of India; All Ministries/Departments of the Government of India; All Chief Secretaries to the State Government / Union Territories; All RDs/ROCs/OLs; All High Courts; Secretary, Company Law Board; MRTP Commission / DGI&R; all officers at the Headquarters of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The filled-in applications should reach MCA within 45 days from the publication of the advertisement in Employment News dated 10^th May, 2008,  i.e., by 23^rd June, 2008.
