Particulars Of Offices And Firms

Every Company Secretary in Practice and every firm of Company Secretaries are required to submit to the Council in Form ‘I’ particulars of his office or those of the firm within 3 months from the commencement of practice or formation of the firm as the case may be. Any subsequent change(s) in the particulars are required to be sent so as to reach the Council within 30 days after the change was effected. The particulars furnished by the members and the subsequent changes intimated are entered in the Register of Offices and Firms maintained by the Council.
