Sub: Election to the Council and Regional Councils–2014 –List of valid Nominations

The Nominations for Elections to the Council and Regional Councils–2014 have been scrutinized pursuant to Rule 12 of the Company Secretaries (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006 (the Rules) by the Panel for Scrutiny of nomination papers, on Saturday, the 18^th October, 2014 at 11.00 AM.  

A  list of valid nominations for  Election to the Council and Regional Councils–2014 arranged in alphabetical order (by surname) with professional addresses (or residential address where applicable) may be viewed by clicking here .

In accordance with Rule 14 of the Rules, a candidate may withdraw his nomination by  giving a notice in his own hand and duly signed by him and have it delivered to the Office of the Returning Officer  on or before the last date fixed for withdrawal, i.e., Tuesday, the 28^th October, 2014 upto  6.00 P.M.  A candidate who has withdrawn his nomination shall not be entitled to rescind his withdrawal.
