Restoration of Membership

A member whose name has been removed from the Register of members is eligible for restoration of his name in the Register.
Requirements
1. The application in Form- BB duly filled in and signed by the member along with the remittance of fee (with applicable GST) as per details given below:-
 
(a)  Membership fee for the year in which the name was removed.
(b) Arrears of membership fee for the previous years, if any.
(c) The annual membership fee for the year in which he seeks restoration.
(d) The entrance fee (Rs. 2000/- for Associate & fellow membership)
(e) Membership restoration fee of Rs. 250/-.
(f) Certificate of Practice restoration fee of Rs. 250/- (if intends to hold)
(g) Certificate of Practice fee (if intends to hold).
2. The name of member will be restored from the date of receipt of Form-BB together with requisite fee and compliance of all the requirements.
3. The name of member can be restored with retrospective effect (i.e. from the date of removal) provided an application for the restoration in Form-BB along with membership fee and Certificate of Practice fee (if intends to hold) and restoration fee is received within the relevant financial year.
4. A letter intimating restoration of the name and Certificate of Practice (if granted) is sent to the member and is also published in the Chartered Secretary
  Journal.
