The registration for Post Membership Qualification
course in Corporate Governance has started from 1st January 2007. The
members of the Institute who are interested to join this Course will have
to submit their application for registration in the prescribed format
included in the prospectus. Members may procure a copy of the Prospectus
from the Institute’s Headquarters/Regional/A1 or A grade Chapters
offices against cash payment of Rs.500/- or through post by remitting a
demand draft of the same amount in the favour of “The Institute of
Company Secretaries of India” payable at New Delhi, at following
