Issue of Identity Cards to the Members

 

The members of the Institute are being provided with identity card. 

 

Requirements

 

1.       Request in writing to the Membership Section of the Institute for  issue of the same with their latest coloured passport size photograph indicating name, membership no. and date of birth

 

2.       The request may be made in the format available on the web-site of the Institute.
